Custom Orders & Refunds
  • All products are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the nature of personalized items, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued.

Defective or Damaged Items
  • If a defect in product construction is discovered upon delivery, we will reprint and replace the item at no cost. Customers must submit a request within 30 days of delivery with their full name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged item.

Order Processing & Shipping
  • Processing times vary based on order volume and product type. Customers will receive tracking information upon shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Intellectual Property
  • All designs provided by Top Notch Custom Gear remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Customers must ensure that any submitted designs do not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.

Privacy & Data Protection
  • Customer information is used solely for order processing and communication purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties.

Limitation of Liability
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Customers assume full responsibility for the proper use of purchased items.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
